Place Your Desired Name on Internet Explorer Title Bar

Go to Group Policy Editor [ Type gpedit.msc in Run ]
- Then Local Computer Policy(right side)
- User Configuration
- Window settings
On the right pane,
- Internet Explorer Maintenance
- Browser User Interface
- Browser Title
Check Customize Title Bar.
Now type the desired name [ On the textbox (I have entered Sunny-->DeviL iS BacK )] . Then Ok.
Now open Internet Explorer to see the name in the title bar.
