Below is a step by step procedure for creating Run commands to open any program you want :
1) Open Start Menu and click on RUN.
2) Now type regedit and hit Enter. (regedit means Registry Editor)
3) Now navigate to the following path :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> SOFTWARE >> Microsoft >> Windows >> CurrentVersion >> App Paths
